Average price of Russia’s Urals oil rises 4.6% to $64.8/bbl in Nov

MOSCOW, Dec 3 (PRIME) -- The average price of the Urals oil blend, Russia’s key export, rose 4.6% on the year to U.S. $64.80 per barrel in November, as seen by PRIME in materials of the Finance Ministry on Monday.

In January–November, the price grew 35.9% on the year to $70.92 per barrel.
